Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

J. Chris Boswell, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Eco-Stim Energy Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”), intends to attend and present at Enercom’s “The Oil & Gas Conference” to be held on August 19th through August 23rd, 2018 in Denver, Colorado. The Company’s corporate presentation is scheduled for 3:35 p.m. MT on Tuesday, August 21, 2018. The corporate presentation will be webcast and available on the Company’s web site. The slide presentation to be used by Mr. Boswell at the conference is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
